Who doesn’t enjoy a mouth watering butter chicken dish. Most of us just order it at a restaurant and assume that it’s way too difficult to make at home… Well, here goes…
500g chicken fillet, cubed
1/4tsp tumeric powder
1/2 cup buttermilk/maas
1/2tsp crushed garlic
1Tblsp chicken spice
Salt to taste
Marinate chicken with tumeric powder, buttermilk and garlic. Melt butter in pot. Add chicken. When almost cooked add in chicken spice. Before serving add fresh cream and coriander. Cook till thickened. Add salt.
Note: chicken spice alternatives could be butter chicken spice, portuguese spice, etc.
