Easy Saucy Chicken

1 chicken, disjointed

1 tsp crushed garlic

2 tsp marinade (of your choice eg. chicken tikka marinade)

Half cup maas/yogurt/buttermilk

3 Tblsp tomato sauce

Salt to taste

Marinate chicken for a few hours or overnight. Cook in pot until chicken is cooked through. Don’t dry it though because you want to keep the sauciness. Serve with a green salad, chips and roti.

Note: if you marinate chicken/meat and find that it too hot, adding yogurt takes some of the heat away.
