Fried Steak Fillet

6 slices beef fillet or any piece o sak you prefer

1 tsp texan spice

1/2 tsp pepper

1 flat tsp garlic salt

1 flat tsp portuguese spice

Mix the spices together. Sprinkle on both sides of fillet. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to pan. Drop beef in. Brown lightly on either side. Add slices of onion and green pepper on top, cover and cook over medium heat until done.

Serve with mash or savoury rice.

Note: all of these spices have salt in it. It is best to check after spicing the meat if salt is necessary.
