I love making these and so will everyone else who gets to munch on these. Light and crispy pastry filled with vanilla pudding.
You will need:
1/2 package instant vanilla pudding
1 cup fresh cream
Icing sugar for dusting
Cut pastry into rectangles. Place on greased baking tray and bake at 200 degrees until the pastry is lightly browned.
Mix pudding with fresh cream until thick. Split pastry in half and fill middle of pastry. Sandwich pastry back together and sift icing sugar over.
