Chicken & Vegetable Cutlets

1 cup cooked chicken fillet

1 cup grated cheese

1 cup mashed potato (boil with skin on)

1 cup noodles (boiled and drained)

Mix all ingredients together. Add salt, pepper, 1 tsp crushed green chillies, dhania.

Roll in bread crumbs, dip in egg and fry.

Note:

1. It is easiest to use 2minute noodles without the flavoring.

2. The potato must be boiled with the skin on so no water is retained.

3. It is a good idea to keep leftover chicken cubes into the freezer which makes it easier when fillings such as this one are needed.
