  1. Slmz plz can I have the cheese spring roll recipie and also a nice jam biscuit recpie tried making them with the Malaysian cutters but mine didn’t turn out nice plz can I have recpie for that as well I have problem with jam the biscuits stick to each other when I pack them. Jkl

    • Ws Yasmin. I have reblogged the cheese springrolls recipe – please have a look.

Also, I take it the malaysian cutters are the ones you fill the middle with jam?
When making jam biscuits heat the jam – if it gets too thin because it’s hot – wait a while for it to cool and then fill your biscuits. Once filled, leave the biscuits to dry. By doing this the jam will set and avoids sticking to the other biscuits. It also helps to seperate biscuit layers (in tub) with wax paper.

Try the basic biscuits recipe – it is so versatile, easy and delicious. You can use it for nozzle biscuits, cutter biscuits, rolling into balls, etc.
