1 litre milk
1 cup vermicelli
1 tin condensed milk
1 small tin Nestle Dessert cream
2 Tblsp custard powder
2 Tblsp cornflour
1 tin canned peaches/mixed fruit
Mix the custard powder with corn flour and a little milk to make a paste.
In a pot heat the rest of the milk, add vermicelli and bring to a boil. Add cream, condensed milk and custard paste. Mix well and simmer till the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool. Drain out the syrup from the peaches and cube. Mix into the cooled mixture. Pour vermicelli dessert into a bowl and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
