A delicious, cheesy full of flavour crunchy springroll…
1 cup gouda/cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup mozarella cheese, grated
1 ring feta cheese, crumbled
1-2 Tblsp chilli sauce
2 Tblsp coriander, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp green chillies, crushed (optional)
Sprinkle of pepper
Mix all the ingredients together. Fill springroll wrappers, seal with flour and water mixture. Dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
Freeze or fry.
Mix 2 tablespoons flour with water until a thick paste has formed. Use this to seal the springrolls.
– I use Nandos African Braai sauce but you can use a chilli sauce of your choice.
– It is not necessary to add salt to the cheese filling as the sauce provides the saltiness.
