Cheese and corn filling (samoosas)

This is an easy filling option to make samoosas. 

1kg frozen corn
1 teaspoon garlic salt 
1 teaspoon aromat 
1/2 teaspoon white pepper 
Grated cheese
1 teaspoon crushed green chillies, optional

Rinse corn, drain and add to pot. Fry off the corn until the water has dried up. Add seasoning and a teaspoon of butter and fry for a minute or two. Leave the corn to get cold. Add cheese. I usually add half gouda half mozzarella. Taste for salt.

Your filling is now ready to make yummy da samoosas.
