Jalapeños Filling


This is a delicious, simple filling… 
I use this filling for samoosas but you could use it for springrolls and pies.

1 kg chicken fillet, cubed
1 flat teaspoon cummin powder 
1 flat teaspoon coriander powder 
1 teaspoon aromat
1 heaped teaspoon crushed garlic 
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 onion, chopped 
Jalapeños sauce 
Grated cheese 
Crushed green chillies, optional 
Fresh coriander, chopped

Sauté onion in approximately 2 tablespoons butter. When soft add chicken and spices. Cook chicken for a few minutes then add quarter cup jalapeños sauce. Cook till almost dry. Add chilli and coriander. Leave to get cold then add cheese.

– Taste your filling. If you need to add salt do it at the end as the aromat and the sauce contains sauce.

– You can use this filling for samoosas, pies or even springrolls.
