2 onions, sliced
1 large punnet mushrooms, sliced
1kg chicken fillet, cubed
1 packet Mushroom soup
1 tsp dried thyme, optional
1/2 tin creamed style corn, optional
Sauté onions in a little oil or butter. Then add thyme and 1 teaspoon crushed garlic. Add mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes then add chicken. When chicken is cooked, dilute soup powder with 1/2 cup of water, add to chicken mixture. It will thicken, then add corn. Mix through well. When cold use to fill pies. You can add some crushed green chillies for flavour and bite! Even if you leave the optional items out it is still delicious.
